Governments round the world being forced to wind back loose economic policies, inflation starting to run wild, supply chain issues and covid starting to take hold again.
There are going to be a lot of people sitting on properties they can’t find it there is any hint of a slowdown. As history is a guide, all booms end with a bust. Not a matter of if, but when.
