Got mine today. Basically they need to receive payments no later than 5pm on March the 11th. If you pay by Bpay then you don't need an application form.

It says 'the price for the shares will be the lower of $26.00 and the average price in the Group's shares over the last trading days of the offer period'. Can anyone fully explain exactly what they mean? I know the price will by subject to share pricing in that final period, but what does 'the lower of $26.00 and the average price' mean?

It's a hard call isn't it? With things getting scarier it will take a real punt or some foresight to be motivated to buy more! With more shares in the market you'd expect increased selling pressure. However, it could turn out to be a win win situation as you've increased your dividend potential, and with no brokerage fees.

Also most would agree that the majority of the current CBA shareholders are loyal and generally think long term. Selling pressure will be increased short term. However, if CBA starts to climb most will become winners with their purchase and will be happy to hang on to their profits. I hope!
