That's not correct boffin - the period is the last 5 trading days before the offer closes. As the offer closes on Wednesday, the 5 day period commenced on Thursday this week. Also, the price is not calculated on the 5 day cob share price average, but the Volume Weighted Average Price (which is effectively the total value of trades (excluding certain trades such as special crossings) divided by total number of shares traded) over those 5 days.
