Last time CSL was $130 was in 2017.CSL EPS have grown over 50% since then. CSL had that kind of growth potential.
If your buying CBA at this price you must be convinced CBA can continue to grow its EPS and push its dividend higher.
5-6% non grossed if what I would like from a bank stock. And to get 5% at current prices, you will need a $7 dividend. Basically, like CSL, you'll need a 50% increase in profits to deliver that as the last annual DPS was $4.5.
I reckon 10 years from now, CBA could do a $7 dividend.
