Banks are no longer on customer manager talking terms and have not been for a long time. Now your wealthy sheep farmer may have taken his acc to another bank who will give him the same treatment and as he leaves he will pass at the door the guy who has been pissed off by one of your so called caring banks which the sheep farmer is about to discover no longer exists . Banks are a business, they are in business to make money, CBA do it well .Some years ago on one of the bank forums I predicted that in time we will not see any physical banks, this is currently happening at a rapid pace . As this happens and the branches and employees disappear the profits will soar the divy will increase and with it the SP . Then you and your mate Elliot will have your wave machine self destruct . The sheep farmer won't have any forms to fill out or anybody to ask, lets face it Bob you are battling to get a cheque accepted these days. My prediction was that this will happen over time . Last week I had the occasion to have to do business with a large company over the period of two days I did not speak with a real human being .
