    Yeah but how significant would this be on margins?

    I also think it would be a big risk to phase out client service staff in favour of AI bots. I for one when calling my bank or any service provider loathe speaking to a bot. 'Please listen to these options, press 1 for this, press 2 for what.

    Are CBA really going to take personalized customer service out of their business model?
