Owning CBA is like owning a farm, you buy the farm for $x dollars you eke out a living from the farm and the farm appreciates in value, but do you sell the farm when you think land is over priced? NO! because you know that in time it will become even more valuable and will facilitate your retirement. Bob check out one of my previous posts where I stated in ten years CBA will be $300 per share. Hope your gunna be around to prove me wrong or right lol

A farm isn't built upon borrowed money, which has a risk of cascading in on itself because house prices didn't continue to go up.
