Still with the creditors and still for sale. A bit of a shame specially where the gold price is sitting at the moment.
~$25m environmental rehab is the sore point to the new buyer but the satellite Crush Creek is really worth more than that.

I've got some great winners from those that bought and developed assets.
    - NST started with Jundee.
    - EVN/Catalpa with Mt Rawdon (then Mt Carlton and Cracow)
    - SAR with SOG/PACMIN assets
    - RMS with Edna May (old EVN asset)
    - OZL with Pasminco/Zinifex assets
    - DVP with Woodlawn/HRR assets
    - PNR with Halls Creek (then Norseman)
    - RED with KOTH

NML followed the same playbook and similar probability of success. The only difference here is that those that bought NML with the Vic assets in mind could not be persuaded with the new Mt Carlton tact. Relentless selling by those and we come to a point where the debt to equity was problematic and access to financing got affected.

No public company will buy it. Not with the reputation it currently has. It is instantly bad for the share price. It will be sold and operated privately else it will be on C&M for a long time similar to the Norseman until a proven operator and knight in shining Armor like PNR comes along.
