Agreed. FOMO of the rally is a big reason why its trending upward. The rally just needs further investors willing to buy a non-growth stock at 30 times earnings with a dividend yield of 2.5%. Then those investors need investors willing to buy at 35 times earnings with a dividend yield of 2.25%. Then those investors need someone to buy at 40 times earnings with a dividend yield of 2%
Its a ponzhi scheme in reverse.
