There are possibly three things that have pushed the price to an insane level
The first is the buyback of over 2.5 million shares.
The second is quite likely a squeeze on those who have shorted the market.
The third is the reluctance of shareholders to sell & take a profit because of taxation implications.
The current yield is less than 3% & many shareholders believe we are in Fantasy Land & the share price will go up forever.
History tells that the day of reckoning will come. It is only a matter of time.
