It is good to note that they have hard time accepting they are wrong. Let alone apologising. Those with severe cases would rather burn the world down in a World War than accept being wrong...
If they do accept any wrongdoing and/or apologies, it's often insincere and accompanied by excuses or justifications for their behaviour.
