It seems to me that this market is being manipulated.
After the 4.00 p.m. close, 403 sell orders were taken out by buy on the close at market orders totalling about 760,000 shares to increase the closing price by 59 cents.
The last minute of regular trading increased the price by 18 cents.
In all the price has been manipulated 77 cents from 1 minute before the close of regular trading to the final closing price.
About 38% of the total days trading occurred after the 4.00 p.m. close with buy at market orders.
It would seem that maybe the institutions weren't ready for the big sell-off yet. They may have needed more put options.
