The question is will CBA a positive return in the medium term above cash . With a divi sub cash and a PE of 28 with the back drop of a weakling economy I can’t see how the above strategy of utilisation adds value . You could do same with cash and if you lose money medium term you negate what you are using it for collateral.
CBA has been bid up because everyone other than truly active managers are scared not to be too underweight in case ir impacts st relative performance
The question is will CBA a positive return in the medium term...
