the only housing crisis that will ever happen in Australia is that there is simply not enough housing to meet population growth.. CBA being the largest lender will benefit the most..Cba has been the best banking stock you can own in Australia since they floated and this will not change.
the best performing stock, very secure, provides decent income and growth..
