In the current environment I believe it will prove to be advantageous to have plenty of liquidity to take advantage of lower prices when the market falls.
Buying CBA now will not help to be locked into a low performing share. I would wait & see if CBA falls low enough to make it a good investment. If it does not fall enough, look for another stock, rather than buy CBA just for the sake of it.
