I still cant fathom why there is so much enthusiasm for CBA at these prices. I still have not heard a compelling argument for why this is a good deal at 27 times earnings. Dividend yield is lower than the rate of inflation & CBA pays out majority of earnings so it's a net loser from an income perspective. The whole premise seems vested in the idea that more people will bid up the price and take on even lower yields, to give the previous entrants a capital gain.
