Hi , Oxford's analysis above is from April 2024. I wouldn't bet your house on it [ chuckle , chuckle] . They were no orphans , but basically their 1st years predictions were crap. Makes you wonder how the rest will pan out.
But certainly dont see anything that would indicate a crash and a lot of distressed sales that might increase the bank's loan defaults.
However , I remain in agreement with Joff and Bob , that CBA is heading further down, and will continue to believe that until someone can give me a rational explanation on the very large differential between CBA's valuation and the other banks. So , perhaps those that appear to be getting cross with them , might concentrate on refuting their arguments .
And Joff , Lose the graph , it just takes up space , the p/e was sufficient. cheers
