Earnings have been relatively flat for a number of years & I see no reason to expect a substantial lift in the dividend.
The dividend has increased 11% in the 9 years since 2015 & the yield then was 4.93%.
If you want to risk a possible loss of capital with a yield under 3% when you can get 5.15% at call in a bank account then go right ahead. I will not do so.
