Well others experiences may be different but having had the unfortunate experience of having to do business with several companies of the same calibre of CBA lately the bot is far easier to deal with than some of the muppets I've had to endure. In fact one company I had an issue to sort out with after 2 days I had listened to 6 f!@#cking hours of music and repeated messages telling me how important I was and eventually sorted it out with the bot and never spoke to a real human . Well it's becoming apparent to me that the AI man has created is much smarter than the pricks that invented it. Won't be long before sex is instigated and performed by a machine with permission from AI lol.
