My friend, I have used this anology before and have been shot up the arse by all and sundry to which they are entitled and I repeat . WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT WITH A DIFFERENT AGENDA. If you buy an industrial unit for $5 and it is paying you a good return then it increases in value to $15 and is still giving you the same return do you rush out and sell just because the return % has dropped or if you bought a farm for $ 20 that you are making a good income from and inflation trebles the value of your farm do you rush out and sell ?
