CBA and labour along with most of the worlds pollies can't or don't want to see the wood for the trees because acknowledging the population growth risk stifles growth and without growth you don't make money. But put in my simple terms. The human being is the most stupid animal I have ever studied, we are hell bent on shagging ourselves into extinction because the western world demands population growth to support the fiscal world. Population control like it or not imo is the answer to most of our current problems by reducing demand of raw materials hence reducing global warming and other associated issues. But without growth the greedy boomers would not have got to first base lol
