I think the broad direction of the legislation is correct. For example, super was not made to make rich, old, white men richer. The execution is (as per Treasury) overly complex. there are many ways to skin this cat, how about all excess above $3m must be invested in Government bonds for instance? changes do not stop people from saving, it just limits overly subsidised excessive cases.
