CBA yield 2.84% (up $1.53 today) grossed up yield 4.057%
MQG yield 3.20% (up $7.42 today) grossed up yield 3.68%
The latter looks to be a far better stock to own but MQG is only franked 35% which reverses the answer to the initial comparison.
Relatively safe place to store your money which is yielding less than available bank interest at call which is safer.
