Not as often as I should on my CBA holding. No need to on a $21.96 average. I did buy more at $144 recently. If the market makes me an offer I can't refuse; maybe I can be enticed to pare back on that most recent purchase.
The "Don Corleone" is a possibility here. If CBA breaks out of the megaphone on the upside (resistance at $176.85 today) then it will resolve to an upside to around $195.28.
Possible but If that scenario does not pan out. I will be more than glad to keep my CBA shares another 25 years
I guess I look at my optionality a little differently than you. I'm rarely fully invested. The last time was during the Covid March Madness of 2020. Even then that was only for a year, hardly even, 10 months maybe. Today I have $970k (not quite $10m but hope to be there some day) in an account looking for opportunities. An even bigger reason why I'm hesitant to pare back my CBA holding. It will just go into that account...
