CBA is expensive for lack of alternatives. The govt, and previous govt's, have sacrificed the Oz economy to the Property Gods and there'll be an almighty price to pay down the road but for now, funds have to decide whether to buy CBA or more CBA.
Meanwhile, the level of housing insecurity is steadily climbing the income index. People with decent, full-time jobs are being forced to house share to survive as Millions of migrants are remorselessly jammed into the country.
