I take it you didn't read the last quarterly. business lending growth enjoyed some pretty heavy NIM erosion from what I recall. They're very far back on core systems and they only originating 33% of new mortgages through proprietary channels vs 66% for CBA, avoiding 0.25% payaway to brokers who add to the valocity of refinancings as well. Although there's 4 pillars, a subsector moat is developing.
