it has been feeling like 2007-08 for last 5 years.
People willingly jumping ship for pay bumps and buying assets believing they only go up.
houses at 12-15x decent earnings in average suburbs. yeh nah.
with the bulls#$t taxes in Victoria it seems to be starting to roll. No money left for rent when durries are $50 a pack of 20 and eggs are $11/dozen and land tax is $200k
