Its just index hugging by fund managers scared of being underweight CBA, perhaps they are trying to get ahead and go overweight CBA to avoid getting left behind which just bids up the price. No serious fund manager rates CBA at this price, but its in their own personal interest not to be underweight.
Its a structural sequence of events that has guided this elevated share price, because it can be fundamentals.
