Thanks. I know CBA is raking it in right now as we speak and don't really see anything thus far that will change my LT investment thesis on CBA. But if you look at the ASX landscape there are a lot of other undervalued companies in there currently with even bigger dividends and way below fair value that deserves a larger LT holding in the portfolio.
Per Post #:64408768 No better time to slowly buy quality companies below fair value with an overweight focus on Mining and Staples for now. Has the market bottomed? Some downside from here is not out of the question. But it is no consequence when in 3 years time (even sooner) it will be up 25%-50% even more..I have all the time in the world. I'm not fully bullish just yet as I have plenty in cash. In 6-12 months when the world is in recession is when you will see the bull in me come out.
