Wont someone think of the capital gains tax burden (Bourbon) we have to endure should we sell.
Easy to see why so much of the stock is tied p with the mum and dad retail crowd who never want to sell. The CGT makes their heads spin. And the dividends keep pouring in.
The mums and dads wouldn't know where to re-invest even if they did sell. Easier for them to just sit tight and do nothing.
