Mortgage Cliff, NIM headwind, TD Spread contraction, Higher funding cost, Capital cost in the money market, slowing deposit growth, remediation cost, BNPL encroachment...Blah blah blah blah I've heard it all the last 20 years. Most analyst are behind on the 8th ball on this one because most of them proliferate noise based on their underlying self interest.
Short term SP is range bound. If you can buy close to the green trend line and sell on the red then your in on the most probabilistic outcome short term. LT hold on to your cornerstone parcel for decades and you can't go wrong on this one.
