It looks to be a blow off top. So pullback is possible here. Is it anything to worry I don't think so. Since June 2022 CBA have had higher lows and higher highs. Even longer if you count the Covid March Madness of 2020 low. But the lower low of June 2022 makes for a bit of a technicality. So counting your higher high and higher low from June 2022 is prudent. Unless that solid trend is no longer your friend then expect a sentiment spiral on CBA. Good time to reassess. But for that to happen you will need all the death crosses to manifest, SP going sub 200 EMA and late Oct 2023 higher low broken. Quite a few signals there to manifest and watch out for before I would worry.
But in saying that it is a prolonged peak which is not a characteristic of CBA. Most of the time this have very distinctively sharp peaks and heated (90+) Stoch and RSI numbers as a pullback signal. To me at least that blow off top is a mixed signal and probability is it's just a head fake thanks to the Stoch and RSI number in the low 50s.
Per above post. If a pullback to $111.50 does occur then it is a good swing trade. An even better entry is if the SP revisits 200 EMA and we experience a Dragonfly Doji bounce from the 200 EMA. Stop loss on these two trade setup would be if CBA dips below the late Oct 2023 higher low ($96.50). This makes it a salient signal that higher high and higher low pattern mentioned in the second para may no longer be viable. Might also be a good time to check if something in the fundamentals have deteriorated for those LT.
But for multi decade longs on compound accretion... care factor is zero
