The market is betting on lower interest rates moving forward. Expect asset prices to have a tailwind. Although lower IR is bad news for a banks NIM, their shares are well and truly an asset. That is the mechanism you are seeing right now. Simply saying that this is a bubble, stupid, negligible growth does not add to the rationale on why your sentiment is a sell nor that this move is justified or unjustified. What it does say is you are not looking at the complete picture.
