Yeah they are getting ruthless when they are spruiking advertisements for the purchase of electric cars so CBA will give you discount car loans for going green. The ads give out a feel good tone for buying a EV by glossing over the limited distance range of ev cars and the limited amount charging stations and the inherent fire danger of evs and the higher price of evs and the fact that ev sales are in decline and evs are more expensive to repair. The ads even say how wonderfull a ride the evs have on the road which is bs considering evs batteries weigh about 450 kilos which would give the ev the same ride on the road as a drunk elephant with slippery back feet. CBA should be wary about possible litigation from unhappy consumers who bought a ev on the basis spuiked by CBA and found the ev entirely unfit for their transport needs.
