Compliance laws, proven as breached by CBA, were there for enforcement yet were not and the incumbents responsible got off scott free, even rewarded by the Board with promotion.
As to justice, it was Mr. Narev who told Mr. Comyn to temper his sense of justice as Mr. Comyn dobbed in to the RC.
