This is what vindication looks like. There is nothing magical about it.

Love it when detractors cherry picks numbers. Multiples might look dear but have a look at the EPS vs the competition if you need an explanation.
In fact as far as banks goes it is firmly above the rest. The nearest is WBC and CBA's Earnings almost doubles that.

Looks like peanuts looking at EPS lets look under the hood.




Over the last 3 years, earnings growth has averaged 7.99% annually at CBA. This is better than the industry average growth of 0.40%. Its about time the market recognises that and well done to those that's held this LT and specially to those on decade long timeframes.

Again. There is nothing magical about it. This what vindication looks like to those long term. I for one know this have not been smooth sailing over the years.
