This is typical for CBA, they have been filling their pockets for many many years unbeknownst to their clients. Honestly who checks their statements when they have lots of money, it’s the little guy who brings these things to light and more often than not falls on deaf ears.Hopefully the people will teach them a lesson as they did with the misinformation bill.
