They aren't out of ideas , they were closing one particular account that had a monthly fee of $6 and free over counter withdrawals and moving people into other accounts , then people were able to talk to the bank to find an account more suitable to their usage, pensioner accounts have free over counter withdrawals two a month and other accounts you pay a monthly fee. All, other banks have similar systems in place, I know Bendigo has. I believe this was a mischievous piece of news in an attempt to have a negative affect on its share price , it is nothing but a storm in a tea cup .
