Ah the old socialist policy of propping up profits for banks that were once government owned, for the benefit of property investors whilst working class people struggle to make ends meet.
I do agree it is a sell, though. Shorting something like this isn't worth it IMO just sell when it's over valued and move to other sectors/investment and buy it back when it makes sense to do so.
