Hmmm... consistent with current trend of Issuer manipulation by tanking I/Vol into underlying rallies ... the 'desperate of the day' award goes to SGA ...
CBAWGN has been tanked on open to $0.235/$0.240 which equates to 0.00% Imp/Vol.
Historical Volatility showing 11.27% representing the narrow recent Underlying trading range.
Recent Imp/Vol has been in the 13.5-10.5% range representing reasonable value ... the drop to 10.5% was as you guessed it at a recent upside movement causing CBAWGN holders the usual (wot the fark!!) grief.
If SGA had held the Imp/Vol at last weeks ave (10.5%) then todays FAIR VALUE would be $0.2573 or +9.5%.
This difference might first seem small but considering that CBAWGN is trading at $0.19 intrinsic (Strike $26.50) the Imp/Vol antics really translates into another 35.4% rip-off.
Note: Parity's data for this Warrant Offering interestingly is showing "N/A" for Imp/Vol ... wonder why guys ???
