The lack of notes in the curernt 1/4ly v the previous is strange. $10M is is not a small amount not to notice one way or the other, etc.
Bring on the accounts - maybe they will have some informaton on these matters. Mind you, the Chinese commection will take some time to get moving, so not much may have happened yet.
