Hi Andrix, I agree that when you are investing hundreds of millions of dollars as the JV said it would, it does not happen overnight. I am just going on the information provided by CBD and JV partners. From memory, that is what they said, significant investment already to happen in year one.
Now first third if not half of year one has passed and not a thing announced.
In China, when they announce a project on Monday, the work begins on Friday the latest, or so it would seem. Cities are build at amazing speed and super fast trains are build to connect them. Look at Shanghai 10 years ago and now.
I am aware that Australia is over-regulated and decision making process is painfully slow, but if the JV partners are experiencing delay due to red tape, why do they not tell us?
