    Anyone know whats happening? nothing on the website.

    My reading is a DOCA has been signed which will dilute existing s/h'ers to oblivion.

    $1m + Capital raising at US 3c????... which is a little less that the NASDAQ listing price of US $15 and last sale price of US$0.90.
