Let's not get carried away by the press release.

The BlueNRGY website doesn't appear to have been updated since mid-2014 except for a job add for a Java developer (not a good look, inactive website and asking for someone to come in to turn on the lights)

A LinkedIn search for the listed directors shows a couple who appear to be siblings and have history in the Seattle/Vancouver area with Dubai activities for spice. Been burnt in Vancouver before.

The Executive Chairman who put out the press release doesn't get a mention on the website, not even his press release.

There is no news on the publication/regularisation of the accounts that led to the delisting and Gerry's legal problems.
