Well the value of the NSR in this dire market is simply what anyone would pay for it. Hence my (researched) opinion that US20m is present market value.

Of course in a better market and once copper gets back fully on its feet, that price will change accordingly.

My experience of the board with deals and negotiations is that they are quite shrewd, hence the existence of the SFR & CBE royalties in the first place.
