A stock will have an intrinsinc value .Sometimes companies can be overpriced by 50% and sometimes underpriced by 50% . If you have a good idea what the intrinsinc value of a given share ,the chances are it will eventually gravitate to that to that spot .It can never be exact .It can take years to aquire this skill ,as yo have to constantly move the goal posts .This is precisely why we can make money on the market .The sheep pannicked on Wednesday ,and the ones that knew the intrinsinc value took advantage .Trust me it is still way below intrinsinc value .
