    A question.
    I hold CBH and have been for a few years now, I was under the impression that CBH holders would receive free KBL shares. I didn't participate in the KBL IPO and have not seen any shares to date. Can anyone shed some light? I haven't been following it very closely as my holding in CBH and entitlement would be very immaterial.
