    Hi Bandicoot
    on top of rights issue of 2 for 5 at 7.5c,CBH will,quote:
    "To assist in providing the cash funds of $8.8m needed....Toho Zinc Co will subscribe for $7.5m of shares in the company each at an issue price of 7.5c."
    (In my book that's 100 m shares).
    Clough Ltd refused to participate in the issue,but will be given add.4.33m shares (a freebie?)
