I doubt it Mookie but anythings possible.
Toho aren't in to mining, they're more interested in the supply of zinc. IMO for them it probably meant holding some of CBH to add leverage to negotiations and suspect their probably happy with their current position.
PS - is it me or is the HC site running really slow atm???
