Implication is Sarg that if CBH decide to exit their Cobar operation due to not having enough feed stock then Peel may be able to buy a cheap plant & skip the substantial cost & the lead time of building one outright. Of course a secondhand plant would need to be retrofitted to deal with a slightly different ore mix etc.
